You first need an Action Plan no excuses! Your team needs to know not only where the organisation is going, the goal, but how they are going to help your business get there.  Everyone needs to focus on being proactive rather than reactive,

ensuring fires don’t start rather than rushing around firefighting.

 

Number 2: you need to support risk-taking. This is about investing time and effort into staff development. For your team to learn and grow you need to support them as they develop and take risks; as they start to move out of their comfort zones.

 

Lastly and crucially – 100% involvement.

Communicate, communicate, communicate, and encourage feedback – where is your company going and how is it doing. Keep everyone in the loop.
